Q: When can I expect my in stock item?
A: I ship in stock items the day payment is received.

Q: When can I expect my custom item?
A: Usually custom pieces can be received in 4-6 weeks. However, Curious Cat Clothing is run by one person. Me. I pattern, cut, sew, complete, ship, and maintain this website all by myself. Because of this, custom order items sometimes take longer, especially if there are a lot of projects ahead of you. If I am running behind, I will let you know.

Q: What if I need my custom item sooner than 4-6 weeks?
A: Custom items can be "rushed" for a 50% fee. For example, you order a Hawaiian shirt for $60 but you need it for your sister's wedding in 2 weeks. A rush fee of $30 will be added for a total of $90. It will not affect your shipping cost.

Q: How do I care for my item?
A: Most items are shipped with a care sheet provided. If it was forgotten, please email me at karen(at)curiouscatclothing(dot)com and I will e-mail or snail mail you one.

Q: How do you ship my items?
A: I always ship U.S. Priority post with insurance in the United States. It usually arrives in 2-3 days.

Q: Can you ship to other countries?
A: I will ship to other countries via Global Priority mail with the U.S. Post office. To see if your country is serviced by Global Priority, check here. Buyer is responsible for any duties or custom fees.

Q: What if my country is not listed?
A: Please email me at karen(at)curiouscatclothing(dot)com and we will discuss it.

Q: Can I return a custom order?
A: Unless there is a major flaw in the craftsmanship, custom orders are non-returnable. Only store credit can be given.

Q: Can I return an in-stock item?
A: In stock items may be exchanged for store credit if I am contacted within 7 days of receiving. Item must be sent back with insurance for tracking purposes. Item must be in new condition. Any item returned covered in pet hair or exposed to funky smells such as perfumes, powders or smoke of any kind, and or treated with any type of odor remover such as frebreeze, will not be accepted. No cash refund can be given for any reason. Buyer is responsible for all re-ship costs.
